How to Fill UPSSSC Health Worker Online Form 2021

• UPSSSC UP Health Worker Female Recruitment 2021. Candidate Can Apply Online Application Form Between 15/12/2021 to 05/01/2022.
• Candidate Should Read the Official Notification Before Apply Online Application Form for the Recruitment Jobs Application Form in UPSSSC Health Worker Post Advt. No. 02-Exam/2021.
• There are Two modes available to Apply Online Form for UPSSSC Health Worker recruitment 2021.
• First Mode:-In this mode Candidate will have to login with his personal details , the details that have to be given is : UPSSSC PET Registration Number, Date Of Birth, Gender, Domicile and Category.
• Second Mode:- In this mode Candidate will have to login through his OTP, the details has to be given is : UPSSSC PET Registration Number and OTP Password.
