Under Agnipath Scheme/ Yojana for  Indian Airforce Agniveer Vayu recruitment youth whose age is between 17.5 to 23 years and minimum qualification is High School pass can participate.

• 3 Year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) with Minimum 50% Marks and 50% Marks in English in Diploma Course from Any Recognized Board/University in India. OR

• 2 Year Vocation Course with Non Vocational Subject Physics and Math with 50% Marks Aggregate and 50% Marks in English from Any Recognized Board in India. OR

• Minimum Class 10th (High School) in Any Recognized Board in India 10+2 Intermediate with Minimum 50% Marks Aggregate and 50% Marks in English from Any Recognized Board in India. OR

Indian young people whose age is between 17.5 to 23 years can apply in Indian Airforce Agniveer Vayu recruitment. Agnipath Scheme will allow youth to serve in the Indian Airforce for a period of four years. After completing 04 years with Skill gained Certificate following benefits will be given under Agnipath Scheme:-

• Up to 25% will be enrolled in the regular cadre of the Indian Airforce.
• Agniveer Vayu will be given 10% reservation in CAPF recruitment.
• Agniveer Vayu will be given 10% reservation in the recruitment of Assam Rifles.
• Agniveer Vayu will be given reservation in Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment, Madhya Pradesh Police Recruitment and other state recruitment.
